EVENT: Beartooth Announce A Special Drive In Concert

beartooth drive in concert

Gold-certified rock band, Beartooth are bringing their fans a very special [socially distanced] live concert event! For one night only, Beartooth will take the stage at the Menominee Nation Arena parking lot in Oshkosh, Wisconsin to deliver fans some of their favorite tracks. This socially distanced drive-in concert experience is presented by WZOR and all kicks off October 9.

Both Beartooth and the promotor have already received an immense amount of support from Winnebago County, the City of Oshkosh, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC), and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). All the proper and necessary safety precautions will be in place for the band, crew and fans.

Frontman Caleb Shomo shares, “I can’t wait to play this show. I know it’s been a crazy time and live music has been nearly impossible, so to have a chance to play to people in a safe way is an amazing feeling. We’re gonna bring all the heat we physically can. The rock will never be stopped.” With the band taking to their Facebook to say, “We’re so thrilled to announce that we’ll be performing a special Drive-In concert! This will be a LIVE CONCERT where safety is our absolute highest of priority. We’re ready to rock out with you all during this (unique) gig!”

Tickets are currently available and can be found linked below. As with most drive-in concerts, tickets go by the car load, with a max of 5 fans per vehicle – safety first! While the music world is still in limbo for when bands can start selling out your favorite venues – drive-in concerts are becoming fans and musicians favorite way to connect with everyone again while maintaining a safe distance away. With many bands announcing their next steps in testing out the drive-in scene, perhaps we’ll have a few drive-in tours and festivals in our future. Stay safe, rock on and remember, #WearYourMask.
