On December 23, I had the opportunity to see Every Time I Die play an intimate, sold out holiday show in their hometown of Buffalo, NY. They played four sold out shows over the course of two days, all at the Studio at Waiting Room.
The show had a two band bill with No Grave But The Sea in the opening slot. They were a seven-piece act who put on a solid, high energy set.
Every Time I Die came on next and, being a no barricade show, the crowd erupted onto the stage within seconds of the first song. The energy in the room was relentless the rest of the night with seemingly as many people on the ground as off of it. The room was filled with people stage diving and crowd surfing to (and from) the pit in the middle of the room.
This was one show I won’t forget and was an amazing way to end 2016.
