Rising Indie-pop singer/songwriter Cloe Wilder has shared her dreamy new single “Call Me If You Need Me”. The iridescent track is bright and refreshing, and offers a kind and comforting message within its lyrics. At only 14, Cloe has a voice way beyond her years, and manages to create melancholic, yet incredibly relatable music. To celebrate the release, Cloe will be performing the single live & hosting a virtual backyard session tonight, Oct 21!
Recently, Cloe announced the release of her debut EP, due out on January 21st, 2021. The project encompasses her life thus far and all the moments and feelings she’s experienced along the way. Wilder uses her platform to spread awareness and help others accept and cope with mental health issues while embracing imperfection.
She started off 2020 strong with the release of her single “Crying When I Shouldn’t”, which was mixed and mastered by Grammy Award winners Rob Kinelski and John Greenham [Billie Eilish] and co-written and produced by Eric Scullin [RZA, Mark Needham]. She followed with “You & Lonely”, in June. The track was co-written by Cloe and produced by Jayme Silverstein [Alicia Keys, Miguel, Estelle]. In 2019 she shared “Save Me.”, along with a captivating music video that featured social media stars Bryce Xavier, Diego Martir, and Mikey Tua. Cloe’s upcoming EP will debut in January 2021.
From an early age, Cloe’s artistic talents and musical inclination started thriving. She began taking piano lessons, which consequently helped her to discover her passions for singing. In December 2018, Cloe started her YouTube channel where she began to cover all genres of songs, especially songs by Halsey, Alessia Cara, Billie Eilish, Sasha Sloan, and more. She sites additional inspirations as Charlotte Lawrence and Lennon Stella.
