The Nearly Deads is a Nashville-based rock band that has recently gone viral. After a zombie infused music video for the single “Never Look Back,” the band have solidified themselves as a force to be reckoned with. Led by the powerful vocals of Theresa Jeane, the group fuse powerful pop and aggressive alt-rock to create their signature sound.

From gaming streams to a brand new Patreon, The Nearly Deads are all about connecting with their “Zombies” — a name fans dubbed themselves following the rise of “Never Look Back.” Many of their loyal “Zombies” have stuck with the band since- almost a decade. Over that decade, The Nearly Deads have made their mark on Warped Tour, Summerfest, and PrideFest. The overwhelming support they’ve seen from their fan-base has led them to announce their second full-length album- a follow up to the critically acclaimed Invisible Tonight. 

Recently, the group announced the release of a new single titled “Punk Rock Kitty Cat.” This upbeat, fan-favorite has been a part of the band’s rep for some time now and it is finally getting an official release. About the track Theresa said, “Punk Rock Kitty Cat is a fun, campy homage to our punk-rock musical influences. It’s all about being your own unique self and realizing that you are purrfect just the way you are! It’s about clawing your way through the noise of the world and coming out on the other side totally confident and powerful!” Along with the release of the single will come an animated music video.
