Earlier last week, legendary frontman of Pink Floyd, Roger Waters, announced that his This Is Not A Drill Tour will hit 31 North American cities starting July 2020. Today, tickets are finally on sale and available at rogerwaters.com.

Calling the tour “the beginning of a global movement”, Waters explains that “we need to change the way we arrange ourselves as humans to survive”, in a promotional video created for the tour. “That’s why we go on tour. It is why we talk in pubs. It is what conversations should be on our lips. It is important.”

Roger Waters will champion his call to arms in a new way on the This Is Not a Drill Tour, by blending his signature, imaginatively-theatrical crowd interactive audible/visual experience signature, with a previously-unused “In The Round” set up.

This will be Waters’s first trip back to North America since his iconic Us + Them Tour wrapped in 2018. “It’ll be a new show. It will be no-holds-barred,” said Waters in an interview with Rolling Stones in September of 2019, “My work is to think, ‘Well, how can I make rock & roll more interesting or theatrical or exciting or visual or musical or whatever?’”
