Fast-rising indie-folk sensation Trousdale released the music video for their latest single “Any Day Now.” “Any Day Now” joins their three previously released singles, “This Is It,” “Always Joni,” and “What Could I Say,” from Trousdale’s upcoming What Happiness Is set to be released November 12.
The previously released singles have all been positively received and praised by the music industry including CMT and Americana Highways. Consequence added “This Is It” to their New Sound playlist, while The Boot mentioned that “the quirky, yet pure, tone of Trousdale’s collective voices shine” in “Always Joni.” “What Could I Say” was described to contain “blissful harmonies on the road to civil discourse” according to Buzzbands LA.
“Any Day Now” consists of Trousdale’s iconic “bright folk-pop with fetching melodies, harmonies and infectious spirit,” as Buzzland LA once commented. The song features deep, but hopeful lyrics about not knowing what will happen in the future post-break-up but feeling optimistic about the situation anyway. The uplifting and empowering message, combined with the positive beat, makes “Any Day Now” another instant hit from the indie-folk band.
Trousdale was named #1 Emerging Global Roots Artist and #7 Emerging Global Artist by The Radar Station after releasing their debut EP Look Around back in April of 2021.
